The Big IDEA:

A welcoming yet modern website that showcased Dr. Ahoubim’s connection with patients and ability to succeed where traditional doctors had not. A streamlined booking functionality was key to relieve the manual process as well as an attraction strategy to engage potential clients searching online for fertility services. However, so many of Dr. Ahoubim’s clients came to her with no understanding of her services, we knew some education was in order.

The website design & development was the first phase of the project. In the second phase, I also integrated Acuity scheduling to improve client experience, increase client retention. Oh, and make Dr. Ahoubim’s life easier!

Blog for client Attraction

During Phase Two, we implemented a blog for client attraction. I did keyword research, then strategically wrote blog articles. Each article was optimized to attract those clients who would be searching online for answers Pure Health could provide: initially through blog posts, and eventually through services.

The main challenge that Dr. Ahoubim initially reach out about was her website. She just could not find someone reliable that understood her needs.

Next, one of the biggest issues Dr. Ahoubim discussed with me was that clients did not understand what she offered. They were not just solution un-aware, they didn’t even know that her solutions existed.

Secondly, she wanted to get found in order to grow. Lastly, she was still handling all booking manually. In order to truly grow, she needed to give clients an easy way to book and especially rebook.

Since many in the target audience were unfamiliar with Integrative Medicine, we took the most key service and built a quiz around it. I made it fun and engaging (and secretly educational), and used design & imagery that was on-brand and would speak to the demographic.

Wellness Workshop

Quiz-takers receive customized follow-ups via Mailchimp based on their results, but the goal is to have everyone book a paid consultation call.

That’s a tall order for a cold lead, so we added in an evergreen webinar step. This way, leads get to see Dr. Ahoubim and get to know her, which makes booking a paid call much easier.

I created a webinar deck and a script for Dr. Ahoubim, as well as a downloadable companion workbook for attendees. Then set up the funnel and made the magic happen.
