The key is that it must be something that takes less than 30 minutes to complete and can be done without creating new design elements. Your dashboard will have a walkthrough to find out the update you need, and even have a pre-made Google Doc template to make content collection easy!
Common ways that members use the membership are:

Adding additional pages or restructuring the site / design. However, this can certainly be done in a VIP Design Day (only available for clients).

I have an easy-to-follow, step-by-step walkthrough that’s accessible right from your dashboard to gather all of the info i need to keep your site up-to-date. There is even a Google Doc Template to gather any needed content.
The membership is designed to make your life easier, not harder.

Most small updates have a ~4-day turnaround when submitted through the Client Dashboard, as long as I have all content required.
At the beginning of each month, I’ll send you an email with:
what has been done the previous month,
SEO updates that I handled,
& any out of office dates coming up in the coming months.

All plans are auto-drafted monthly on the 25th of the month to your credit card on file.

Since I keep my schedule clear for you every month, the monthly updates do not roll over.

Of course! The plan requires a 3-month commitment upon initial signup, and after that you can cancel at any point from within the dashboard.
Cancellations will not apply to any invoices already issued.
